As the name suggests, this is the perfect Harvest celebration if you're looking for something simple, fun and easy to learn. Your children and your audience will love it. 'Pop go the peas!' is a great favourite, and it's very entertaining watching the youngest children trying to make the sound! There's a simple blues-style nutrition song ('...to help fight diseases, like wheezes and sneezes'), a song about farmers ('Spare a Thought'), and of course plenty of celebrating, with optional clicking, clapping, actions and hand-jives.
The narration lines in the wordbook are grouped in sixes, making it suitable for any number of children. Your own readings can be added, and a lovely new children's version of the Lord's Prayer is included.
No-one will want the festival to end!
